Okay, my bad!

I did not include any links in my last post and, considering the title of this blog, I must apologize. I really hate to exercise.

Okay, that's not quite right. I want to stay fit and I enjoy exercising naturally, such as playing tennis or volleyball, bike-riding (on a real bike), walking the dog, etc. Anything that does not involve heavy equipment or electricty. . .
